Back On Track
Despite my long day yesterday, I did run three miles last night. Abdul got sick and was asleep before I even got home from teaching, so I went to the gym and ran on the treadmill. I felt pretty good, too. Too bad I wasn't training for a 5k...
Today is supposed to be a rest day, but since I skipped out on Wednesday's run, I'm going to make it up tonight...four miles. I'm hoping Abdul feels better and can run with me outside because running for 40 minutes on a treadmill at the gym might just make me want to quit running all together.
